Founded by Charles L. Whitley, Sr., Whitley Sales Company has been serving the building materials industry across the Southeast for over three decades. Clif Whitley joined the business in 1992, becoming owner in 2003.
A New Chapter for Whitley Sales
In early 2019, Clif sustained a spinal cord injury that left him a paraplegic. Despite years of rehabilitation, ongoing medical needs have made travel and in-person work no longer possible. Clif is now applying for disability and will step back from his day-to-day responsibilities.

Meet Tyler
To continue providing the level of service our partners expect, Clif’s son Tyler Whitley is taking over the daily operations of the business.
Tyler will handle:
All travel and in-person client meetings
On-site manufacturer and distributor support
Field management and follow-through on projects
Tyler leads day-to-day operations at Whitley Sales. He learned the business working alongside his dad, Clif, and now serves as the face of the company as Clif moves into an advisory role following his 2019 injury and paralysis.
-Honor student who completed 30 college credits through dual enrollment
-Loganville High School Red Devils baseball; part of three straight state championships
-Built discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic on and off the field
-Hands-on experience in the company while working part-time and training under Clif
